Welcome to Blu & Maron! These terms and conditions govern your use of our website, blumaron.com, and your purchase of products from us. By using our website and placing an order, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use our website or place an order.
We sell products that are stocked in Bangladesh and products that are imported after a customer places an order. Products stocked in Bangladesh take 3 working days to deliver to Bangladeshi addresses, and imported products take 4 weeks to deliver to Bangladeshi addresses. We make every effort to ensure that the product information and availability are accurate and up-to-date, but we cannot guarantee that a product will be in stock or available for delivery at the time of your order. If a product is not available, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a refund.
We accept cash on delivery and bank transfers as payment methods for orders in Bangladesh. We require a 500 Bangladeshi Taka advance payment for order confirmations for imported products, and the remaining payment is taken cash on delivery. For international orders, payments must be made fully in advance by Bank Transfer or Paypal, with the correct shipping charge, either in BDT to Bangladesh or in GBP to the UK.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship products to customers in Bangladesh and internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the availability of the product. We make every effort to deliver your products within the specified time, but we cannot guarantee delivery times. We are not responsible for any customs or import duties or other taxes that may be imposed by the destination country, but we will try our best to make sure you are not charged extra. Customers are responsible for paying any customs or import duties or other taxes.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns in case of incorrect or damaged products within 3 working days of delivery for products shipped to addresses in Bangladesh. We offer exchanges or replacements for the returned products, but no refunds. We do not accept returns and do not offer exchanges or refunds for products shipped to countries other than Bangladesh.
